Welcome

Prevention professionals, coalition leaders, and public health partners will be attending CADCA’s 25th Annual Mid-Year Training Institute. Book a showcase display to promote your company’s brand, products, or services directly to this audience. The Opening Reception, breakfasts, and daily refreshment breaks all take place near the showcase displays, giving you dedicated time to connect with attendees.

2026 Rates Showcase Display

Included with Each Purchase: 
  • One full conference registration and badge
  • 6-foot skirted table and one chair
  • Listing in digital Final Program (organization name and table number)
  • Listing in Mid-Year Training Institute mobile app (organization name, description, logo, contact info, and social media)
Up to two additional registrations are available at $475 per person.
 

Exhibit Hours

  • Sunday, July 12: 5 - 6:30 PM
  • Monday, July 13: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
  • Tuesday, July 14: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
  • Wednesday, July 15: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
  • Thursday, July 16: 7:30 - 11 AM

 

Key Dates & Deadlines

  • May 19: Showcase space assignments begin (first-come, first-served)
  • June 19: Gaylord Palms hotel reservation deadline
  • June 30: Deadline to cancel showcase space for a 50% refund; no refunds apply after this date
  • July 12
    • Exhibitor Move-In (12:30 - 3 PM)
    • Opening Reception & Showcase (5 - 6:30 PM)
  • July 16: Exhibitor Move-Out (11:30 AM - 3 PM)

Logistics & Policies

  • Showcase spaces are assigned by CADCA based on application and full payment, starting May 19 and continuing on a rolling, space-available basis.
  • Confirmed partners will receive a logistics kit with key deadlines and order forms for services (e.g., AV, electrical, internet, and shipping).
  • Member rates are automatically applied based on CADCA’s membership records.
    • If your organization is a current member, but your status isn’t reflected correctly in the application system, please contact CADCA Membership (apica@cadca.org) before submitting your application.
  • Non-member rates (an additional $400) include a complimentary one-year CADCA membership (a $600 value) and a free banner ad.
  • CADCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Security is not guaranteed during closed hours. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
