How do I qualify for professional student rate?
To qualify for the Professional Student Rate, you must provide proof of enrollment at the graduate level in an accredited higher learning institution. Applicable areas of study include Public Health, Health Care Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Health Education, Health Services, Healthcare Management, Addiction Studies, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Human Services, and related programs.
Can I register online if I need to pay by check or purchase order?
Yes, select check or purchase order as your form of payment from the dropdown menu during the payment portion of the form.
**Note that you are required to upload a copy of the purchase order if you select purchase order
Waiver of Liability
As a requirement to attend a CADCA Training Event, attendees must acknowledge CADCA’s Waiver of Liability. View the waiver in advance of registering.
Are youth participants required to submit a parent/guardian consent form to register?
Yes, a consent form is required at the time of registration for all registered youth 18 years old or younger.
What are CADCA’s Cancelation/Refund/Substitution Policies?
Substitutions are free of charge. CADCA has a NO REFUND policy. Cancelations must be processed before July 12, 2026 to receive a 1-year credit towards a future CADCA Signature Event less a $150 admin fee. Conference no-shows or failures to attend the training event will not receive a 1-year credit towards a future CADCA Signature Event.
How do I qualify for the group registration rate?
All individuals must be associated with the SAME coalition/organization.
Coalition/organization must be an active CADCA member.
Group must contain a minimum of 5 FULL-PAYING individuals (scholarship recipients & speakers do not count towards members of the group).
All members must be registered at the same time and pay in one transaction, using one form of payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX
Payment must be postmarked by June 30, 2026. Official Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted (not Purchase Requisitions) provided the following guidelines are met. If you submit a PO to CADCA, you are guaranteeing payment for the full amount of the PO by July 20, 2026.
