This is the group and individual registration form for all general attendees.
Exhibitors and Speakers:
You must register through the Exhibitor Service Center or Speaker Service Center. Please contact your booth coordinator or session coordinator directly for registration instructions.
Group Discount Instructions:
Groups of five (5) or more are eligible for a discount on early-bird and advance registration rates only.
Please review the following requirements carefully:
Group must contain a minimum of 5 FULL-PAYING individuals (scholarship recipients & speakers do not count towards members of the group). If cancelations reduce the group to fewer than five registrants, the remaining attendees will be adjusted to the applicable individual rate.
Five or more individuals must be active CADCA members and registered under the same form for the group rate to be applied.
All individuals must be associated with the same coalition/organization (no exceptions)
You must select the appropriate rate category for each adult and youth registrant.
All members must be registered at the same time & pay in one transaction, using one form of payment.
As a reminder, all adult attendees must be listed under your organization’s membership roster in order to receive the discount. Youth do not need to be listed under the roster.
