Welcome

Use the form at the bottom of this page to register for CADCA’s Mid-Year Training Institute or the DEA’s Fentanyl Free America Summit.

Before You Start

To make the process quick and easy, please have the following ready:
  • A unique email address for each attendee
  • Your payment method (credit card, check, or purchase order)
  • Membership status for discounted rates
    • Ensure your membership roster is up to date, so each member receives the member rate
  • Purchase order document (if paying by PO)


Group Registration Requirements

Groups are only eligible for a discount on early bird and advance member registration rates. To qualify for group rates:
  • Minimum of 5 full-paying attendees
    • Scholarship recipients and speakers do not count towards members of a group
  • All attendees must be from the same organization or coalition
  • Organization must be an active CADCA member
  • All registrations must be completed at the same time and paid in one transaction
  • You must use one payment method for the full group
If your group drops below five attendees, rates will be adjusted accordingly to the individual rate.

Additional payment guidelines:
  • Payment must be postmarked by June 30, 2026
  • Official Purchase Orders are accepted. Purchase Requisitions are not accepted
  • By submitting a PO, you are guaranteeing payment for the full amount by July 20, 2026

Policies & Consent 

  • Substitutions are allowed at no cost.
  • If you have an outstanding balance with CADCA, your registration is subject to cancelation.
  • No refunds; cancelations must be processed before July 12 to receive a 1-year credit towards a future CADCA Signature Event less a $150 admin fee.
    • All requests for registration cancelations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to events@cadca.org.
  • Conference no-shows or failures to attend the training event will not receive a 1-year credit towards a future event.
  • By registering, you also agree to CADCA’s registration policies and waiver of liability.
