NYLI Requirements: To participate in National Youth Leadership Initiative (NYLI), both youth and their adult advisor must attend all four days of the NYLI training together. Adults must attend with at least one youth and pay the adult registration rate. Please check the applicable box on the registration form if you plan to attend NYLI. Youth may register to attend without participating in NYLI. All youth participating in NYLI must provide the Parent Consent Form to CADCA by July 8, 2013 via e-mail (email@example.com) or fax 703-705-0565. Registration fees per person include admission to all cources, reception on Sunday, lunch on Monday and refreshment breaks Monday-Thursday, technical assistance appointments and online access to the presentation powerpoints and networking directory. Please note breakfast each morning is included in your hotel room rate (if staying at a participating CADCA hotel).

Youth: To qualify as a youth to receive the discounted fee, the participant must be 20 years in age or younger as of July 25. If you plan to attend the NYLI and are 21 years old or older, you must pay the adult member/non-member rate. No children may attend sessions unless they are a paid, registered attendee. All youth registrants must also submit a Parent Consent Form. No children may attend sessions unless they are a paid, registered attendee.
Group: Groups of 5 or more receive a discount on the early-bird and regular rates only and must register and pay by July 5. There are no On-Site Group rates. In order to be eligible for these discounts, your group must meet ALL of these requirements: 1) all individuals must be associated with the SAME coalition or organization, 2) the coalition or organization must be a member of CADCA (if a non-member, you must purchase a membership to get the reduced group rate), 3) your group must contain a minimum of 5 FULL-PAYING individuals (scholarship recipients, speakers, one day rates and guests do not count towards members of the group) and 4) to be eligible for the group rate, all members must be registered at the same time and pay in one transaction using one form of payment. Cancellations that cause the group to drop below 5 will receive a partial refund. You must check the corresponding rate box for each adult and youth planning to attend.
Guest: Guest access is limited to the welcome reception, breakfasts, breaks, and exhibits only (no courses). Coalition colleagues, industry employees, CADCA members and trainers, additional exhibitors, co-presenters, etc. do not qualify for the spouse rate and must register as a full attendee.
Registration Payment Policy
A completed registration form is required for each attendee. CADCA will not process registration forms that do not include payment information.
Purchase Orders (POs): POs are not considered payment. Invoices will be sent for POs received. Registrations with POs will not be processed until payment is received at the applicable rate (POs do not “hold” a registration rate).
Payment Change: Once payment is received, any change to the payment method (such as change in credit card numbers) will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a $75 administrative fee (per person). Re-registration will be charged at the current rates. CADCA reserves the right to charge the correct amount on a credit card if the total is incorrect and/or attendee registers in the wrong category.
Registration Cancellation/ Substitution Policy
All requests for cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to either firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 703-706-0573 by July 5, 2013. Cancellation or substitution requests that are received by July 5 will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds after July 5 and NO REFUNDS for no-shows. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to this cancellation/substitution policy.
